  • Each paying guest receives 1 Polaroid Camera + 1 Pack of color film. Each pack of film contains 8 shots so you’ll get 8 Polaroid photos to take home. You can ask for more film in the booking request.

  • We’ll provide all the necessary to do the Tour like cameras, films. You simply need to show up!
    Our suggestion is to bring confortable shoes and a water bottle in the summer, that can be refilled during the Tour.

  • The Tour starts in Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The exact meeting point is the benches in the middle of the square. Then we’ll head to San Lorenzo district where we’ll walk around the Basilica and we’ll pass by the Mercato Centrale. After this, we’ll reach the Duomo Square and a hidden shortcut will take us to Piazza della Repubblica. Then it’ll be time for Piazza della Signoria, we’ll walk through Piazzale degli Uffizi and we’ll cross Ponte Vecchio. Then we’ll enter the Santo Spirito district, the tiny Piazza della Passera and we’ll reach Santo Spirito, the ending point of the Tour.

  • The Family Tour lasts rougly 2.5 hours. The Classic Tour is about 3 hours long.

  • I suggest considering this Tour for kids at least 5 years old.
    Younger kids might have difficulty either carrying the camera or holding it steadily or even using the viewfinder of the camera.

  • Payment can be done through contactless payment device of in cash at the end of the Tour. Currently, there’s no upfront payment.

  • Every situation is different. In case of light rain the Tour can still be conducted without a big impact on the experience.
    If the weather is bad you’ll be reached out and we’ll try to reschedule the Tour or, we’ll just cancel it.
    Nothing will be charged to you.

  • The Classic Tour is 30 mins longer than the Family Tour, as it includes the Santa Croce district. The Classic Tour might be too long for kids.

  • You’ll use original Polaroid 600 Cameras from the 80’s and 90’s.
    All the cameras have been carefully refurbished and are in perfect working order.
    Together with the camera you’ll use Polaroid 600 Color Film.
